Ihssane Boulanouar

Ihssane Boulanouar currently works as a Chargé d’études électrotechniques at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since September 2023. Previously, Boulanouar served as a Storage and Hybrid Engineer at TotalEnergies from February to August 2023, focusing on the modeling, design, and optimization of Battery Energy Storage Systems for hybrid renewable energy power plants. Additional experience includes an internship at SuperGrid Institute, where experimental validation of magnetic component models in a Medium Frequency Transformer was conducted, and a role as Vice President at ACEIMI INSA Lyon. Earlier positions also include serving as a Community Manager for Forum Organisation and an internship at Groupe COSUMAR focused on quality control and manufacturing waste studies. Boulanouar holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon and participated in a Master’s Programme in Automation and Electrical Engineering at Aalto University. A High School diploma with a scientific and international option was obtained from Lycée Descartes.
