Pascal BINNERT has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as Responsable des Achats & Contract Management IT Télécom & Corporate at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since November 2022. Previously, Pascal BINNERT worked at EDF for over two decades, holding various positions including Chef de la filière Contract Management IT and Adjoint Chef d'Agence Achats Thermique, where responsibilities included managing a team of 45 buyers and overseeing the procurement of engineering and operational needs for thermal projects. Earlier roles at EDF included Chef de Pôle within the Achats Ingénierie agency and Senior Buyer on significant projects. Pascal BINNERT's career began with Airbus Helicopters as a performance calculation engineer. Education includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering from both Polytechnique Montréal and INSA Toulouse.
