Thanh Mai Nguyen

Thanh Mai Nguyen has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as Adjointe du Dépt RSD at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since March 2010, overseeing the Studies, Compensation & Benefits division and driving organizational remuneration policies. Previously, Thanh held various key positions at RTE, including Directrice de la Mission Performance RH, where management of departmental resources and internal controls were prioritized. Prior to this, roles at EDF encompassed strategic financial management and controlling, particularly in M&A operations and financial forecasting, while earlier experience at Calyon focused on consolidated financial reporting. Thanh's academic credentials include an International Certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris and a master's degree in Finance and Audit from KEDGE Business School.
