Samuel Cardillo has a diverse range of work experience. Samuel is currently the CTO of the RTFKT Brand, which is a digital-focused sub-brand under Nike. Samuel joined Nike in 2021 after the acquisition of RTFKT studios, where they served as the CTO and played a key role in building the company's tech strategy.

Prior to their time at RTFKT studios, Cardillo founded and served as the CEO of ShadowBreak Intl. This company focuses on disrupting the acquisition, analysis, and distribution of spatial data for military, commercial, and individual users.

Cardillo also has experience in the cryptocurrency and NFT market. Samuel served as an investor and advisor for the KlubX platform, which aims to revolutionize the market for NFTs. Samuel also advised and invested in MetaFab, a company in the web3 ecosystem.

In addition, Cardillo has a background in cybersecurity. Samuel founded and was the CEO of BlackPhoenix Security, a cybersecurity company focused on providing tailored cyber-offensive capabilities for government and military organizations. Prior to that, they founded and led BlackPear Security Labs, a research body specializing in cyber warfare.

Cardillo's work experience also includes roles at Google, where they were involved in developer relations, and Furious Eardrum Agency, where they served as the CEO of a management and booking agency for electronic music.

Samuel began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, specializing in intelligence, and later worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at Meterbuy sprl.

Samuel Cardillo's education history includes various academic achievements and certifications. In 2011-2012, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they received a Déclaration d'accomplissement in the field of Artificial Intelligence. In 2013-2014, they pursued studies at the University of Maryland and obtained a Certification Validée in Terrorism and Anti-Terrorism operations. During the same period, they also attended the University of Washington and Stanford University, earning Déclarations d'accomplissement in the fields of Information Systems Security and Cryptography, respectively. Prior to these formal academic pursuits, Samuel studied at the Athénée Royale d'Herstal, where they completed general studies. Additionally, they engaged in self-education between 2000 and 2013.

In terms of certifications, Samuel obtained the Certified BackTrack Pentester certification from Offensive Security in September 2012. Moreover, in September 2008, they obtained the Certification in Information and Communication Technologies from the Athénée Royal d'Herstal.
