Andrea Webb has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrea began their career as an HR Administrator at National Savings and Investments in 1995, and later worked as an HR Administrator/Assistant to the Head of Human Resources at AgeUK from 1998 to 1999. Andrea then joined CLS Group as an HR Officer, where they supported a small HR team and was involved in various HR functions. In 2006, Andrea became an Assistant HR Manager at Scotiabank, where they focused on recruitment, compensation, benefits, and policy review. Andrea then joined Morgan McKinley in 2007 as an HR Manager, overseeing the implementation of talent programs and initiatives on a global scale. Andrea'sresponsibilities at Morgan McKinley included employee value proposition, talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, and learning and development. Most recently, Andrea assumed the role of Head of People at RTGS.global in 2022, where they are responsible for managing the strategic talent agenda within a next-generation Financial Market Infrastructure.

Andrea Webb attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
