Carl Chatfield

Carl Chatfield has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. Carl currently holds the position of Head of IT Service Delivery at RTGS.global since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CLS Group from 2018 to 2023, where they served as the UK Lead Service Manager from November 2019 to April 2023 and as a Senior Service Manager from December 2018 to November 2019. Before their time at CLS Group, Carl was employed at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from 2015 to 2018, holding the roles of IT Service Management Team Leader from August 2017 to November 2018 and Senior IT Service Management Analyst from November 2015 to August 2017. Carl also worked at the Bank of England from 2013 to 2015, working as an IT Change and Configuration Analyst from July 2014 to November 2015 and as an EDRM System Administrator from March 2013 to July 2014. Carl's earliest work experience was as an Analyst at Ford Motor Company from March 2011 to March 2013.

Carl Chatfield completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Sport and Fitness Coaching from The Open University, where they studied from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Havering Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008 and Redden Court from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Carl has obtained several certifications. Carl is a Certified Agile Service Manager from the DevOps Institute, which they obtained in November 2020. In December 2017, they received the ITIL Continuous Service Improvement certification from PeopleCert. In November 2016, they obtained the ITIL Operational Analysis & Support certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. In February 2015, they earned the ITIL Service Transition Lifecycle certification, also from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Finally, in August 2013, they obtained the ITIL Service Management Foundation v3 certification, also from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
