Ana Gomez Cardoso is an accomplished Innovation Analyst at RTI Innovation Advisors, engaged in market research to identify trends for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations since January 2023. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at McMaster University, where Ana developed a cocaine detection technique and contributed to various biotechnological initiatives. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, responsibilities involved grading, student interaction, and monitoring progress in Advanced Biotechnology. Additional instructional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for over 200 students at the W Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology. Ana holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from McMaster University, supplemented by relevant studies at Mohawk College and Universidad de Almería.
