Shwetha Maddur is a MedTech Innovation Advisor at RTI Innovation Advisors since September 2022, following a diverse career in the healthcare sector. Maddur founded Seva Corps, serving from June 2014 to August 2021, and previously held roles at Gilero as a Product Development & Quality Engineer from August 2016 to April 2020, and at Terumo Cardiovascular Group as a Product Development Engineer from December 2014 to May 2016. Maddur also co-founded Warmilu from September 2011 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in Pediatric Surgical Innovation obtained from the University of Michigan in September 2022, a Master's degree in Cancer Chemical Biology from the University of Michigan in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science & Engineering in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2012.
