Taylor Moot

Taylor Moot, Ph.D., currently serves as an Innovation Advisor at RTI Innovation Advisors since March 2022 and holds the position of Hub Deputy Lead & Technical Project Lead at TechWerx since August 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Product Manager and Senior Scientist at UbiQD, Inc., where contributions focused on QD nanocomposites for next-generation greenhouse films, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, specializing in perovskite solar cells. Taylor Moot completed a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with earlier research experiences as a candidate and research assistant at prestigious institutions including the University of Rochester, the FDA, and Skidmore College.
