Chad Croasdale

Chad Croasdale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical device and rehabilitation industries. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at RTI Surgical® since June 2024, Chad has previously held leadership roles such as President & Chief Commercial Officer at 270Surgical from 2018 to July 2024, and Vice President, General Manager at Stryker from 2009 to 2018. Chad's career at Stryker also included positions as VP of Marketing, General Manager of the GI division, and various sales management roles, contributing significantly to product development, marketing strategies, and revenue growth. Prior to Stryker, Chad managed an outpatient rehabilitation clinic at NovaCare and practiced as a Physical Therapist. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, a Master's in Physical Therapy from Widener University, and several executive education certificates from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Texas McCombs School of Business.
