Aurélie Brunet de Courssou has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Aurélie is currently working at RTL AdConnect as the Group Head of Strategic Planning. In this role, they support the international sales team by providing strategic advice and guidance for activation in various markets. Aurélie also develops consumer insights and campaign measurement strategies, as well as presents insights at public events. Aurélie manages a team of two full-time employees.

Prior to their current role, they worked at RTL AdConnect as a Senior International Media Manager. In this position, they advised French advertisers and media agencies on media activation in eight European countries, including TV, radio, and digital channels. Aurélie was responsible for presenting the local media market and specificities, as well as media planning and campaign follow-up.

Before joining RTL AdConnect, Aurélie worked at Dentsu Aegis Network France as a Senior Consultant. Aurélie was in charge of the exclusive Aegis International survey and also handled bespoke consumer segmentation for the French market.

Aurélie also has experience as a Communication Strategist at Deepblue - Aegis Group, where they worked on communication planning for media owners and handled media strategies for various brands in Italy.

Earlier in their career, Aurélie worked at Sarbec Cosmetics, where they were responsible for logistics and the execution of business plans for two brands. Aurélie also had an internship followed by a job contract at Parfums Givenchy, where they coordinated projects with internal departments such as merchandising, marketing, press, and production.

Aurélie Brunet de Courssou earned a Master's degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006.
