Dr. Caroline Vedder

Dr. Caroline Vedder has extensive experience in the media industry, with their most recent role being Prokuristin at RTL Advertising GmbH since December 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at RTL Deutschland GmbH, including SVP M&A, Sales & Brands, Inhouse Lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwältin), and Vice General Counsel. Dr. Vedder also served as a Member/Delegate of the Supervisory Board at Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG. Dr. Caroline started their career as a Lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) at Dr. Vedder in 1994. Dr. Caroline has further served as a Member of the Strategic Committee at Realytics SAS, Geschäftsführerin at VOX Holding GmbH, President at SpotX France SAS, and a Member of the Advisory Board at Smart Shopping and Saving GmbH.
