Dr. Sascha Leweling started their work experience in 2008 as an Intern at OTTO GmbH & Co KG. Dr. Sascha then worked as a tutor at the Institute for Econometrics and Business Statistics and later as a main tutor at the Institute for Empirical Business Research. In 2009, they became a student assistant at the Marketing Center Münster and a board member at MTP - Marketing zwischen Theorie und Praxis e.V. Dr. Sascha also had an internship at GfK in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Value-Based Marketing. Dr. Sascha then joined OBI next in 2017 where they held various roles including Expert Advanced Analytics, Data Scientist, and Senior Data Scientist / Senior Data Product Owner. Dr. Sascha'smost recent role is as Head of Customer Analytics RTL+ at RTL Deutschland starting from 2023.
Dr. Sascha Leweling completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Marketing and Econometrics from the University of Münster in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing and Econometrics from the same university, which they completed in 2012. In 2011, they had the opportunity to study Marketing at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics as well. Dr. Leweling also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in February 2018.
