Nathalie Moutin-Luyat

Nathalie Moutin-Luyat has extensive work experience in the field of finance and internal controls. Nathalie started their career with internships at HP and Computec Media AG, where they gained experience in controlling and finance. Nathalie then worked as an intern at EADS as a Junior International Buyer. Nathalie later joined Steelcase as an Internal Auditor and was responsible for performing financial and operational audits, as well as implementing a European reporting tool. Nathalie then worked at Deloitte as a Senior External Auditor, where they managed and led audits for various industries. Nathalie joined Black & Decker as an Internal Auditor, where they helped implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements and performed financial and operational audits. Nathalie then moved to Hasbro Europe, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Internal Auditor, Senior European Compliance Officer, and European Manager of Internal Controls. In these roles, they focused on managing internal controls, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. Following their time at Hasbro, Nathalie worked at Techtronic Industries - TTI as a Business Process Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing SAP processes and ensuring compliance with company policies. Most recently, they joined Fremantle as a Financial Compliance and Business Transformation Manager, where they focused on financial compliance and business transformation initiatives. Currently, they are working at RTL Group as the SVP Head of Internal Audit.

Nathalie Moutin-Luyat began their education at Lycée Kléber, where they completed their French Baccalaureat degree with a specialization in Maths and Sciences (section S) from 1991 to 1994. Nathalie then continued their studies at Lycée Kléber, undertaking university-level preparatory studies for the Competitive exam for the French Grandes Ecoles de Commerce. During this time, they studied a range of subjects including Philosophy, Geography, Politics, History, Maths, English, and German, from 1994 to 1996. Subsequently, Nathalie pursued their higher education at ICN Business School, obtaining a Master of Science in Business and Management with a focus on Controlling and internal audit from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their studies at ICN Business School, they also attended Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 1999 to 2001, where they received a degree in Betriebswirt with a specialization in International Economy-Aussenwirtschaft.
