Jim Wicker

Jim Wicker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering. Currently serving as Principal at RTM Engineering Consultants since June 2012, Jim has helped the firm integrate sustainable design with MEP/FP and civil engineering services while fostering strong partnerships with clients. Prior to this role, Jim was President at NW Consulting Engineers from March 2006 to October 2012, specializing in engineering for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at WT Engineering, Project Manager at NAC Associates, Mechanical Engineer at Chase Associates, and Draftsman at Thermo Dynamics, showcasing a career that spans several key positions since 1985.
