Kathryn Ashley (Katie)

Kathryn (Katie) Ashley is a Project Engineer - Mechanical II at RTM Engineering Consultants, with experience in load calculations, HVAC and plumbing design, and code compliance for various commercial and industrial projects since June 2019. Previously, Kathryn held roles as a Mechanical Project Engineer Intern and Project Engineer Intern, while also contributing to family-operated agricultural work during harvest seasons. Additional experience includes a sales position at Floor & Decor and various customer service roles at Walmart, where Kathryn demonstrated leadership and customer engagement skills. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and has furthered studies at Czech Technical University in Prague.
