Manisha Upreti

Manisha Upreti, EIT, is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at RTM Engineering Consultants since May 2023. Prior to this role, Manisha served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from August 2021 to May 2023, gaining research experience under Dr. Peter Filips. Manisha's past positions include a Summer Intern at AC SYSTEMS INC, where responsibilities included VAV control programming and AutoCAD drawing control, and a Design Engineer at SunFarmer, responsible for solar panel site surveys and project management. Manisha also completed an HVAC internship at Kathmandu University, focusing on ASHRAE standards and engineering calculations. Manisha holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained in April 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University, completed in 2020.
