Matt Whisler

Matt Whisler, PE, currently serves as Principal and Senior Civil Engineer at RTM Engineering Consultants, a position held since April 2017. Prior to this role, Matt held the title of Senior Civil Engineer at Rubinos & Mesia Engineers from February 2012 to April 2017. Matt's extensive career began at JAS Associates, Ltd., where responsibilities included Vice President, Project Manager, and Project Engineer from September 1996 to January 2012. Matt Whisler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, completing the degree between 1991 and 1996.
