Victoria Whitaker

Victoria Whitaker has over two decades of experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at RTM Engineering Consultants since November 2020, Victoria has previously held similar roles at RCE Consultants, Inc. and Michael Baker International. Victoria's career began at The Austin Company, with additional significant experience gained at RBF Consulting and other firms. Victoria graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, contributing a strong educational foundation to a distinguished career in engineering.
