Marcio Castro

Marcio Castro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of RTM since February 2024, Marcio leads a significant hub for the financial market. Previously, as a co-founder and the CEO of Lina Infratech, contributions were made to drive innovation in Brazil's financial market, while also holding a board member role to foster strategic partnerships. Marcio's leadership extended to BBCE as Interim CEO, focusing on enhancing energy trading market infrastructure, and as IT Executive Director, where technology evolution in Brazil's energy market was prioritized. At Safra and B3, roles as IT Director involved overseeing systems development for major business functions. Marcio holds an MBA from ISE Business School and completed executive education in entrepreneurship at Babson College.
