John Wood

John Wood is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Systems Administrator at RTO National, John Wood manages IT infrastructure for a substantial number of desktops, servers, and security systems. Previously, John Wood worked as a Technical Account Manager and Systems Administrator at DataWorks Plus, providing technical support to law enforcement and managing internal IT infrastructure. Earlier roles include Telephony Engineer at ScanSource, where John Wood supported sales and business partners, and Senior Operations Manager at Bidzirk LLC, responsible for overseeing production, sales goals, and company IT systems. John Wood is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
