Jessica Karras-Bailey

Jessica Karras-Bailey has extensive experience in environmental science and project management, currently serving as Principal at RTP Environmental Associates since February 2004, where previous roles included Associate/Project Manager and Senior Environmental Scientist. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Project Manager and Project Scientist at Air Resource Specialists from November 1999 to February 2004, and as an Environmental Scientist at ECSI from August 1993 to July 1999. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Restoration Ecology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from Cornell University.
