Andrea Funsten

Andrea is a Partner in RTP Global’s US investment team. She is focused on investments in fintech and B2B and enterprise companies, but is interested in any company with a disruptive business model.

Prior to joining RTP Global, Andrea was the Managing Partner at Basecamp Fund, where she worked with early and growth-stage companies, both as an investor and an operator. She has also previously been an investor at Fika Ventures – a seed-stage venture capital fund that invests in entrepreneurs solving problems through the use of data, related AI-enabled technologies and automation – and also Expa, the venture firm started by the founder of Uber. At Expa, she helped manage the firm’s early stage practice investing in both consumer and B2B companies.

Andrea also has experience on the other side of the table, working at a proptech company and in commercial real estate at CBRE Group.
