Rod W. began their career in 1997 as a Network System Consultant at Random Access Data Systems. In 2006, they moved to EBI Consulting as an Information Technology Support Specialist. In 2008, they took on the role of IT Field Service Engineer at IT4, Inc. In 2011, they became an Information Technology Support Administrator at Oxford Global Resources. Finally, in 2020, they joined RTriad Enterprises, LLC as VP of Cyber Security and Cloud Security Engineer/Lead Azure AD Support, where they were responsible for installation and configuration of systems to secure applications, networks, and devices, threat analysis, applying risk mitigation techniques and activities, Azure AD, Microsoft security technologies and strategy, Azure Security Center, Azure Operations Management Service, Log Analytics, PKI, Identity and Access Management, Secure network and enterprise cloud applications, Windows ATP, and more.

Rod W. has a High School Diploma from Boston Technical High School and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Northern Essex Community College, which they obtained in 2008. Rod has also obtained numerous certifications from Microsoft, MyInnerGenius, PagerDuty, Coursera, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Acronis, and Webroot's Primary Distribution Partner. The most recent of these certifications was obtained in October 2022 from Microsoft for Identity & Access Management Summit.
