Raja Kasilingam

Raja Kasilingam, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raja began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Southern Petrochemicals from 1980 to 1983. Raja then worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Regina from 1989 to 1991 before joining American Airlines as a Senior Consultant, where they played a key role in implementing the world's first cargo revenue management system.

From 1994 to 1996, Raja worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas, focusing on revenue management methods for air cargo. Raja then joined CSX Transportation as the Director of Service Planning and Operations Research from 1996 to 1998.

In 1998, Raja moved to PROS Pricing as the Director of Cargo Solutions before joining Sabre as the Vice President of Cargo Solutions. At Sabre, they developed and marketed the world's first cargo revenue management solution, managed large-scale product development efforts, and oversaw product marketing, P&L, new business development, and sales.

Since 2009, Raja has been the President of Revenue Technology Services (RTS), where they provide executive leadership to grow the consulting and software solutions business. Raja successfully established a cargo solutions portfolio and achieved significant growth in expanding solutions and customer portfolios in the airline and cruise ferry industry space.

Raja Kasilingam, Ph.D., completed their education in Industrial Engineering, focusing on various levels of study. Raja earned their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Honors) from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1975 to 1980. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Asian Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1983 to 1984. Lastly, Raja Kasilingam attended the University of Windsor, where they received their Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering between 1986 and 1989.
