Cassandra Kay

Cassandra Kay is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and sales. Currently serving as Team Lead and previously as Business Development Associate at RTS Financial since January 2022, Cassandra has honed leadership and strategic skills. Prior experience includes being a Sales Representative at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from September 2018 to January 2022, and a Marketing Intern at John Deere in the summer of 2017. Additionally, Cassandra worked as a Sales Associate at Nike from August 2013 to August 2016 and participated as a Promo Crew Intern at K-State Athletics during the 2015-2016 academic year. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Kansas State University, completed in 2018, and graduated from Lansing High School in 2014.
