Julia Cheney

Julia Cheney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client solutions and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Client Solutions at RTS Financial since October 2011, Julia has progressed through various roles including Manager of Client Solutions, Operations Manager, and Team Coordinator. Prior experience includes a tenure at Alliance Data from 1999 to 2011, where Julia held positions ranging from Customer Service Professional/Team Lead to Customer Service/Collections Supervisor. Additionally, Julia worked as a Project Manager at Ad Astra Development LLC from 2006 to 2008. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Business, Finance, and International Business from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, obtained between 1999 and 2004. Julia completed secondary education at St. Teresa's Academy from 1994 to 1998.
