Greta Schrader

Greta Schrader's work experience includes a variety of roles in human resources and recruitment. Greta worked as a Human Resources Generalist and a Recruiter at RTS Labs, and as a Recruiter II at CarMax. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Specialist at Koalafi and held multiple roles at Conservice, including HR Recruiter and IT Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Recruiter. Greta also worked as an Insurance Broker at Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America & Globe Life Insurance. Greta gained experience in technical recruiting as a Career Advocate and Technical Recruiter at TeamSoft Inc., and as a Technical Recruiter and a Recruiting Lead at Oxford International. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Wisconsin Union as an Office Staff/Facilitator and at Saint Paul Community Education Aquatics as a Pool Coordinator/WSI/Lifeguard.

Greta Schrader pursued their education in legal studies and political science and obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a double major from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also attended the University of Leeds for a brief period as part of their Bachelor's Degree program, focusing on political science. Additionally, Greta obtained certifications in water safety instruction, lifeguarding with AED and first aid, and water safety aid in the years 2013, 2010, and 2009 respectively.
