Stephen Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and brand strategy. Currently serving as Head of Brand Strategy and previously in roles including Head of Performance & Sourcing Optimization and Senior Project Manager at RTS People since January 2021, Stephen has significantly contributed to operational excellence, data insights, and client development in previous positions at RPO Solutions (Alexander Mann Solutions) from July 2013 to November 2020. Stephen has demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment projects, implementing new processes, and driving sourcing strategies across various companies, including Hudson, UCB, Invensys Rail, and Honeywell.
