Donna Jean Schnapp

Donna Jean Schnapp has extensive work experience in labor relations and administrative roles. Donna Jean currently serves as the Director of Labor Relations at RTS - Regional Transit Service since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Labor Relations Specialist at O-AT-KA Milk Products Cooperative, Inc. from August 2019 to July 2023. From August 2014 to August 2019, Donna held the position of Labor Relations Coordinator at Kaleida Health. Donna Jean also worked at Kaleida Health as an Executive Secretary in the Labor Relations and HR department from May 2003 to January 2013 and as an Office Manager from August 1996 to May 2003. Earlier in their career, they served as a Division Manager at Kaleida Health from 1991 to 1996. Donna also gained experience as an Executive Secretary at Wang Laboratories from 1986 to 1987 and as an Administrative Assistant at Xerox from 1985 to 1986.

Donna Jean Schnapp obtained their first associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bryant & Stratton College between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they acquired another associate's degree in Information and Documentation Administration from the same college, studying from 1983 to 1985.
