Jen Nigbor

Jen Nigbor, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Labor Relations at Land O'Lakes, Inc., a position held since February 2006, where responsibilities include providing HR insights and strategy to support the company's growth towards a $19 billion valuation. Prior experience includes various roles at Target, focusing on training and employee relations. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication/Business from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
