Sergio C. Fanjul

Sergio C. Fanjul is a seasoned journalist, writer, and cultural commentator with extensive experience in various media formats. Since January 2008, Sergio has worked at Diario EL PAÍS as a culture editor and columnist, contributing to columns that explore urban life and cultural events. Additionally, Sergio collaborates as a freelance writer on topics including technology, society, and travel, having been featured in numerous publications such as Forbes and Rolling Stone. Since October 2021, Sergio has served as a screenwriter for the RTVE program "La matemática del espejo" and has co-hosted the podcast "Poesía o Barbarie Radio" since December 2020. Sergio also teaches creative writing and journalism, focusing on nonfiction writing, and has published four poetry books that have received various awards. Furthermore, Sergio works as an external editor for major publishing houses and has previously held roles that include community manager and the self-proclaimed official walker of Madrid.
