Nehal Gosalia

Nehal Gosalia has a solid background in genetics and research, with extensive experience in academic and industry settings. They started as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2008, then pursued a Ph.D. at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine from 2009 to 2014. Following this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in 2014 before moving to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Postdoctoral Fellow and later as an Associate Manager of Founder and Special Populations Genetics. Currently, Nehal is a Research Analyst and Director of Genetics at RTW Investments, LP.

Nehal Gosalia completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2009. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine. In 2014, Nehal also completed a Financial Modeling and Valuation Training Program at the Investment Banking Institute. In 2016, they took part in the SciPhD Certificate Program: From Scientist to CSO at the New York Academy of Sciences.
