LaVell Monger-Harris, M.Ed., currently serves as an Alumni Association Board Member at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and as a Development Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, focusing on fundraising and donor engagement. As a Partner and Director of Business Development & Outreach at RTW Photography, LaVell contributes to one of Central Florida's rapidly growing photography companies. In addition, LaVell holds multiple leadership roles in the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce as Board Chair and Government Affairs Committee Chair. LaVell has an extensive background in various educational and organizational roles, including positions in PeerForward, the Education Foundation of Osceola County, and Florida Atlantic University. LaVell earned a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
