Sarah AlShammari

Sarah AlShammari is currently the Chief of Staff for the Chief Digital Officer and Digital Technology at Collins Aerospace, where they drive strategic planning and executive communications for a digital technology organization. They have held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Business Applications at RTX, where they managed a large development team and drove software delivery improvements. Sarah has extensive experience in program management and data analysis across several companies, including Maersk Line and MacLean Power Systems, where they led teams and executed strategic initiatives that significantly enhanced organizational performance. They are also pursuing a Doctorate in Engineering at Penn State University, building on their previous master's degree in Homeland Security - Cyber Threat Analysis.
