Mary Ignashenkova

Mary Ignashenkova is an experienced communications and HR professional with a strong background in internal communications and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Postgres Professional since June 2024 and at RU-CENTER Group since February 2019, Mary focuses on HR branding, the development of communication channels, and the management of various internal initiatives. Prior experience includes an Executive Assistant role at Redan S.A., overseeing visual merchandising operations and training staff, as well as recruitment expertise gained at Generalist. Mary holds a Specialist degree in HR consulting from Moscow Psychological and Social Institute and has additional education from the Higher School of Economics.
