Debra Zanella currently serves as the Director of the Board of Directors for the State Training Board since February 2023 and has been the CEO of Ruah Community Services since March 2016, an organization committed to supporting vulnerable populations facing various challenges. With extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple health and community services, including positions such as Board Member at East Metropolitan Health Service and Executive Director at Mercy Hospital, Debra Zanella has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and tailored support in social services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) from Curtin University and multiple postgraduate degrees including a Master of Counselling from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma of Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
