Shaun Williams

Shaun Williams is an experienced leader in people and culture, currently serving as President of Rotary of Elizabeth Quay and General Manager of People and Culture at Ruah Community Services since June 2021. With a career spanning over a decade, Shaun has held key positions including Head of People, Performance and Culture at HIF Australia, where significant growth in personnel and revenue occurred under leadership. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Amcom and Manager People Services at Landgate, where comprehensive people services were provided to a large staff base. Shaun's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Curtin University, alongside participation in the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
