Ryan Lacona

Ryan Lacona is a seasoned professional in transportation management with extensive experience at Ruan Transportation Management Systems since April 2014. Currently serving as a Business Unit Support Leader and previously as Operations Team Leader, Ryan has a robust background in overseeing dedicated contract transportation operations, focusing on customer retention, operational performance, and team member development. Prior roles include Operations Support Manager, Dispatch Manager, and Terminal Manager, where Ryan demonstrated expertise in leadership, financial accountability, and safety. Prior to Ruan, Ryan held various leadership positions at UPS from 2004 to 2014 and contributed to community-based initiatives at Advanced Therapy Solutions and the YMCA. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Iowa State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Des Moines Area Community College.
