Linda Dietsche CA, CMA, MBA, ICD.D, currently serves as the Director and Compensation Committee Chair at Rubellite Energy Inc. since October 2024. Previously, Linda held the position of Director and Audit Committee Chair at Perpetual Energy Inc. from March 2022 to October 2024 and served as Director and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Distress Centre Calgary from May 2019 to May 2022. In the corporate sector, Linda was the CFO of Tervita Corporation from May 2019 to July 2021 and held various leadership roles including Executive Vice President and CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Corporate Controller at Newalta from July 2003 to July 2018. Earlier in Linda's career, financial roles were undertaken at Mount Royal University from September 1997 to June 2003.
