Tracy Parag

Tracy Parag is currently the Controller at Rubenstein Public Relations. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Controller at Prolifics from July 2008 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for month-end close, revenue recognition and financial reporting for a computer consulting firm with $140+ million in gross revenues and processing of semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees with offices across the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Parag also assisted the Controller in completing multiple financial audits of the Company in preparation of the parent company’s anticipated IPO in India and Company audits including sales tax, VAT, worker’s comp, UI. In addition, they were responsible for calculating and filing monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns in over 35 states including UK VAT and Canadian GST/HST and QST.

Finally, Parag was responsible for treasury and cash management of the Company including lines of credit, payroll, flex accounts and capital distributions. Tracy also completed the transfer of the Company 401k plan to a new administrator with a lower cost structure.

Prior to their role at Prolifics, Parag served as a Staff Accountant at the Institute of Culinary Education from September 2007 to July 2008. Before that, they were a Financial Analyst at WPP from October 2006 to September 2007.

Tracy Parag has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.
