Christina Stokes

Christina Stokes is the SVP, Director of Talent Acquisition at Rubenstein. Christina has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.

Prior to joining Rubenstein, Christina was the Director of Talent Acquisition at MWWPR, where they managed the global talent acquisition process across MWWPR’s 8 offices. Christina also developed and implemented employer branding and recruitment efforts across the agency’s social media channels. In addition, they managed and revamped the Associate (internship) Program, which included staffing, curriculum development, passport books, alumni relations, conversions to perm, etc.

Christina has a proven track record in talent acquisition and management. Christina is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Christina is passionate about their work and takes a personal interest in the professional development of their team members.

Christina Stokes has a Diploma in Vocal Music & Music Theory from Talent Unlimited. Christina also has a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate. Additionally, they have certifications from LinkedIn in Adding Value through Diversity, Building Relationships While Working from Home, Diversity Recruiting, Excel 2013 Essential Training, and Virtual Interviewing for HR. Finally, they have a certification from OnConferences in Talent Acquisition and Management OnConference.

They work with Iva Benson - Managing Director, Rick Matthews - Managing Director, and Tim Stone - EVP. Their manager is Steven Rubenstein, President.
