Duygu Ozturk Ciftci has over 20 years of work experience. Duygu is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at Rubicon Cloud Advisor, where they are responsible for recruitment and growth within the company's specializations. Prior to this, they worked at Avanade for 13 years, starting as a Recruitment Stagiair and eventually becoming a Talent Acquisition Lead. During their time at Avanade, they gained extensive experience in campus recruitment and managing the hiring process. Before that, they worked as a Sales Assistant at WE for seven years. Duygu Ozturk Ciftci obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economie & Recht from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the period of 2004-2008. Prior to that, they completed their Havo degree at Arcus from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Talent Advisor Exam and Black Belt from Social Talent in September 2016 and June 2016 respectively.
