Kim (Cesafsky) DuBose

Kim (Cesafsky) DuBose has a range of experience in the sustainability and environmental sectors. Kim currently holds a position as Director of Science and Sustainability Operations at Rubicon Carbon, and previously worked at Enviva as Director of Sustainability & Commerce, Manager of Sustainability, Senior Sustainability Analyst, and Greenhouse Gas Specialist. Kim has also worked as Project Management Intern at the Duke Carbon Offsets Initiative, Student Consultant at the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy and Ducks Unlimited, Graduate Assistant at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, Resident Assistant at Xavier University, and Community Garden Intern at the Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati.

Kim (Cesafsky) DuBose attended Saint Ignatius College Preparatory from 2004 to 2008. Kim then went to Xavier University from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, Kim attended Duke University where they received dual master's degrees in Resource Management and Environmental Economics and Policy.
