Darren McKay is the Principal and Founder of Rubicon Consulting Solutions, leading a team that provides strategic insights into non-core functions, leveraging over 30 years of experience in Facilities Management and Business Process Outsourcing. Prior to establishing Rubicon, Darren served as President and Owner of McKay BPI Consulting, offering advisory services focused on workflow re-engineering and technology enhancements for small and mid-sized firms. Additionally, Darren held the position of Director of Process Improvement at Epiq, where innovation and best practices were emphasized. Previous roles include Director of Knowledge & Client Solutions at Swiss Post Solutions, Operations Manager at IKON Office Solutions, National Sales Analyst at Archer Management Services, and Senior Site Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services. Darren earned an MBA in Finance and Economics from Dowling College.
