Additionally, Darren held the position of Director of Process Improvement at Epiq, where innovation and best practices were emphasized. Previous roles include Director of Knowledge & Client Solutions at Swiss Post Solutions, Operations Manager at IKON Office Solutions, National Sales Analyst at Archer Management Services, and Senior Site Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services. Darren earned an MBA in Finance and Economics from Dowling College.
