Coady Rapp

Coady Rapp has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various leadership roles in different companies. They worked as the Head of Human Resources at Rubicon Founders starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Executive at Creative Artists Agency from 2018 to 2022, where they implemented people strategies and designed career frameworks. Coady also served as Vice President, Global Human Resources at InnerWorkings from 2016 to 2018, leading strategic initiatives and managing a global HR team. They had earlier roles as HR Director, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Associate at InnerWorkings. Additionally, Coady worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Elysian Hotel in 2011.

Coady Rapp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015 and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
