Paul Flournoy

Paul Flournoy is currently serving as a Talent Associate at Rubicon Founders since 2023. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Career Coach at Vanderbilt University from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development of a case competition program, coaching over 600 stakeholders on professional development, and managing multiple initiatives to support students in their career search. Previously, Paul was a Program Coordinator at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2019 to 2020, assisting students with time management and stress mitigation while coordinating capstone projects and managing accommodations for students with learning differences. Paul holds a Master of Education in Higher Education from the University of Virginia and an educational background from Furman University.
