Rishi Lilly

Rishi Lilly is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations and business management. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Rubicon Founders since June 2025, Rishi previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Oak Street Health from October 2020 to June 2025, where management of a multi-billion dollar P&L and oversight of over 8,500 employees and 250 centers across 27 states were key responsibilities. Additional roles included leadership as South Division President and Senior Regional Vice President for DaVita Kidney Care, along with operational management positions at Castlight Health and Egon Zehnder, where Rishi contributed to strategic health innovation initiatives. Rishi holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
