Dawn Harrington

Dawn joined Innovex in 2018 and leads Human Resources, HSE and business support teams across the global organization. Prior to joining Innovex, Dawn held leadership roles in Human Resources at prominent global companies across multiple industries – including Jetstream, Callaway and Mercer. Recognized as a strong identifier and developer of talent, Dawn specializes in organizational development and strategy, strategic planning, change leadership, succession planning, business transformation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and negotiations. She holds a degree from UC Riverside and is SPHR-certified.
