Rick Wood serves as the Director of Organizational Impact at Rubicon Programs Inc., where they previously held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Management Information Systems, Program Evaluator for Integrated Services, Program Manager for Employment Services, and Training Supervisor. Before joining Rubicon, they were a Graduate Student Instructor in Polish and Russian Languages at UC Berkeley from 1990 to 1993.
